After an early stop into Ganges to have breakfast at Tree House Café, Patty ran off to find a FedEx to get some school stuff sent away urgently. We then headed onward to Montague Bay. This was another ‘audible’ to our plans given that we now had multiple spare days in our schedule to play with.
I would have love to spend some time at the marina’s bar/restaurant. That place was hopping. But even better, we got picked up by private cars and taken to dinner at Woodstone Manor. What a completely different dining experience than what we had been used to the last few months from marina-adjacent places. This place was five star.
We could have spent all night there, and almost did after Tommy, the driver/author of Hummingbird Pub fame showed up with his entourage for after dinner drinks. As you can see from the pictures, fun was had by all.
