In general, bookings require a deposit and signed charter agreement to confirm the reservation:
>14 days in advance - $1000 deposit.
at 14 days prior, 50% of charter fee is due
At 7 days prior to your booking, full payment of the balance of your charter fee and damage deposit is due.
If we have agreed to anything different than the above, our agreed terms, will be documented in the contract that we sign for the Charter.
Cancellations six days prior, or less, are not refundable but may be rebooked within six months, subject to availability.
Same day cancellations (i.e. after 5pm Pacific time the evening prior to the booking) are considered the same as if the charter had run, and are not refundable or rebookable.
If we have agreed to anything different than the above, our agreed terms will be documented in the contract that we sign for the Charter.
After we chat about how you would like your trip customized, we will document the key points in a Captained Charter Agreement sent for signature via Docusign. This agreement and any associated refundable deposit is needed to confirm the booking.

Licensing, Privacy, Data
Included in your agreement is a damage deposit in the event of damage caused by you or your guests. But no worries, if you don't throw a chair through a window, throw your fancy dinnerware overboard, pour red wine on our carpets or carve your initials into our gelcoat, you're deposit will be released the day after your charter.
