This option makes it possible to offer experiences where the chef is on-board and center stage (such as Omakase or other culinary magic). This option also opens up the menu to delicacies and world-class gourmet choices sourced from afar -- e.g. -- live New England lobsters, Wagyu, King Crab, Caviar, Tomahawk steaks, etc. You name it. The Marquis Life Option also expands the routes, sights and dock choices.
