Rossana is a private chef and food consultant who produces fine dining experiences on Marquis Charter's voyages on the water, and in private homes for families and events around the bay. She focuses on the ideal of pure and authentic food, with a cooking style based on fresh, local, and classic ingredients with cultural and exotic twists. Her passion for cooking stared to kick in at a very young age where she was always was around her grandmothers and mother cooking with them and learning. She is a culinary school graduate and came up through the ranks working in several amazing countries, venues, and five star restaurants.
