David

David is a Master Captain for Marquis Charters and he captained the company's very first charter. He also serves as training captain for our annual training & compliance crew days. David found his lane in the sea at the age of 10 when he won his first Jr. Sailing trophy. By 16, he had passed his certification in charting/piloting and celestial navigation earning a spot as 3rd mate on the 138' research ship, Sir Horace Lamb, out of Bermuda. Fast forward, he launched New England Marine Documentation/Title and Admiralty Insurance Agency. In his spare time he has coached and mentored many budding sailors in the Bay. He is an active yacht broker helping clients find their right boat and he loves captaining yachts so others can feel the excitement of being on the water.
