Chief Steward
Dan brings over 20 years of fine dining, wine, and luxury hospitality experience to his role. He’s worked across private events, corporate service, and boutique restaurant settings, including time as a wine buyer and hospitality lead for one of the region’s premier spirits retailers. His training in table service, product knowledge, and guest engagement is matched by a natural calm and a “yes-first” service style that puts guests at ease. Dan is also an avid sailor, first learning on alpine lakes before bringing his passion to the Bay. He considers the water his favorite place to work.
