Cat serves as the Client Experience Director for Marquis Charters, providing leadership to the constant evolution of the 'Marquis Life' experience. She is a lifelong boater who grew up crewing her family’s yachts in the Caribbean and Alaska, developing real hands-on experience in deck operations, tender driving, and life aboard. She carries an IYT Skipper’s License and now brings her seamanship together with experience in luxury-brand hospitality. She also manages our growing presence on marketplace platforms and social media. She is a technical recruiter by profession with an undying passion for music, the water and helping others. On longer voyages and expeditions she joins on-board to support the voyage as Mate or Chief Steward.
